Are you passionate about helping clients succeed, achieving sales targets, and enhancing closing skills? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Client Success Coach. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our clients, ensuring their success, and helping them improve their sales closing techniques.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored group coaching sessions to clients to enhance their closing skills and ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Conduct chat support with clients to address their inquiries and provide guidance on using our services effectively.
  • Hold clients accountable to their commitments and provide necessary resources for their success.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement in the closing process.
  • Conduct coaching calls with clients to provide in-depth guidance, track progress toward their goals and offer support as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating smooth communication and resolution of issues.
  • Develop and implement effective closing strategies and techniques based on industry best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and share insights with clients to optimize their sales approach.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and deliver training programs aimed at improving client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, tracking success metrics, and providing regular reports to management.
Your Profile:
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in sales or service industry, with a strong understanding of sales processes and closing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Experience with remote work and comfortable using virtual communication tools like Zoom.
