Your Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients and orientate them
  • Conduct momentum calls with clients to ensure they are making progress towards their goals
  • Conduct coaching calls via zoom with clients to provide guidance and support
  • Hold clients accountable to their commitments and ensure they have all resources needed
  • Act as a liaison between clients and our internal teams.
  • Chat support with existing clients via DM

Your Profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
